Conditional Acceptance
Conditional Acceptance
This year, the RFIC Technical Program Committee (TPC) is introducing a new option for authors: the opportunity to revise their papers based on reviewers’ comments before a final decision is made. This conditional acceptance process is being implemented to address a recurring issue from previous years, where strong papers were sometimes rejected due to minor errors or missing information.
The review process will result in one of three possible outcomes for authors:
- Accepted
- Rejected
- Conditionally Accepted
Authors whose papers are conditionally accepted must address specific conditions in order to secure final acceptance. Examples of conditions may include: adjusting a figure axis, correcting an error in an equation, adding a critical reference to the comparison table, providing additional details about the measurement setup, or including a missing performance metric.
Timeline for Conditional Acceptance
- 16 February 2025: Conditional acceptance notices will be sent.
- 23 February 2025: Deadline for submitting revised manuscripts.
- 2 March 2025: Final decisions for conditionally accepted papers will be communicated.
