28GHz, 60GHz and 140GHz mm-Wave Phased Arrays for Communication and Sensing Systems: a Common Platform

Phased arrays have been applied in wireless communication and radar sensing in past years for 5G, car radar, etc. This talk presents an overview of the phased array and a demonstration of that dual application. The frequency of those arrays would cover 28GHz, 60GHz, and 140GHz.
