mm-Wave and Sub-THz CMOS Front-Ends for 6G

In this presentation, mm-wave/sub-THz front-ends implemented by CMOS will be introduced for 6G communication, which includes 300GHz-band 4-element phased array transmitter, D-band 640Gbps MIMO transceiver, and time-division MIMO transceiver.
