Progress in Commercial Realization of mm-Wave Heterogeneous Circuits

This talk presents a review of the work at PseudolithIC to develop a commercial heterogeneous integration process that leverages foundry silicon and compound semiconductor devices. Demonstrated circuits highlight the combination of Gallium Nitride and Indium Phosphide devices in a silicon platform to optimize amplifier performance. The impact of the process on accelerating development timeline and enhancing system performance for mm-wave arrays will be discussed.
