MMIC LMBA Design

This presentation will describe the design of MMIC LMBAs in various GaN technologies and targeting different frequency ranges from X to Ka-band. The design space specific to MMIC implementations will be discussed, including matching and coupler impedances, drive strategies, etc. Measured results of dual-drive LMBA MMICs will be given as examples of the capabilities of the architecture.
