Balanced Single-Antenna RF Transceiver Architectures for Frequency-Agile Full-Duplex Wireless Communications
Balanced RF front-end topologies have generated increased research interest in recent years for full-duplex wireless communication systems due to their ability to establish circuit-level orthogonality between transmit and receive paths, enabling efficient simultaneous transmission and reception using a single antenna. This talk will review recent advances in single-antenna RF transceiver architectures based on balanced front-end designs. Additionally, it will present complementary signal processing techniques and non-linear distortion correction algorithms that further enhance transmit signal leakage suppression at the receiver.
