Advances in Efficient mm-Wave Front-End and Integrated Solutions for 5G and Beyond

This tutorial will survey broadband high-power mm-wave front-end solutions for 5G, Doherty and other topologies of power amplifiers and their efficiency and heat dissipation challenges, and will also provide an outlook for future directions. Technologies covered will include GaAs, GaN on SiC and heterogeneous integration.
