THz Electronics for Sensing and Communication Applications
We demonstrate our efforts in addressing the design challenges of CMOS electronics for THz sensing and communication applications, including optimizing transistor layout for speed enhancement, developing 301GHz THz amplifiers, creating a 340GHz THz amplifier-frequency-multiplier chain with a 360° phase-shifting range, establishing a THz heterogeneously integrated platform, and developing a 336GHz THz imaging system with 1.4mm resolution.
